You must inspect the products as soon as possible after delivery same day only and notify us promptly if you find any defects, by calling us, emailing us or writing to us at the telephone number or address shown on our website. We will replace or issuing credit note ,[ credit note valid for 45 days only] you for defective products.
If the customer cancels the order within one hour after placing the order, you will get back the remaining amount by deducting the payment gateway charges and other charges from the amount you have ordered. If you cancel the order after one hour, you will get the remaining amount by deducting 25% of the amount paid. You will receive this amount within 30 days from the day you cancel the order. The money will be received by check or net banking in the same account from which the person has made the order. The order you placed cannot be cancelled once you receive it. The full right to change this policy is reserved by VSPD Mart.
